Banana Nut Bread – Bread Machine Recipe?
Looking for a recipe for Banana Bread for a Breadman Breadmaker. Trying to find a low cost recipe to try out the bread machine I bought… came with no recipes.
BANANA SPLIT BREAD Yield: 1 Loaf
1 pk Active Dry Yeast
3 c Bread Flour
2 tb Gluten
2 tb Sugar
1 ts Salt
1/8 ts Baking Soda
1/3 c Instant Nonfat Dry Milk
1/3 c Walnuts; broken
1 Egg
2 tb Vegetable Oil
1 ts Vanilla
1 md Banana; sliced
8 Frozen Strawberries; with
-liquid
1/3 c Pineapple; crushed
1/3 c Pineapple Juice; heated
1/2 c Chocolate Chips
4 Maraschino Cherries; chopped
Place ingredients, except chocolate chips and cherries, in pan in
order listed. Select white bread setting and press “Start”. Add
chips and cherries at beep, just before end of kneading.

Zojirushi Home Bakery Supreme 2-Pound-Loaf Breadmaker
