This model number is a little different, one number off — does it help? I don’t have a current Welbilt Customer Service number.
Go to local library or new and used book stores for bread machine bread recipes and tips.
(My machine works differently: I have a Black & Decker — My machine, I alway have to add the all liquids first, then flour mixture and dry yeast LAST because my machine has a cycle which checks the temp. of the ingredients when I first turn it on and then it activates a warming cycle if ingredients are too cold.)
